Sherry L. Bartels, MA, QMHP, LPC-MH, LAC, BAS

Ms. Bartels attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Alcohol & Drug Abuse Studies and a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Psychology in Education. Ms. Bartels is the Executive Director and Clinical Director of Bartels Counseling Services, Inc. She is a Qualified Mental Health Professional, Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Board Approved Supervisor (South Dakota). Ms. Bartels is a past Board Member of the South Dakota Board of Examiners for Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists. She has over 35 years of experience in the Mental Health and Addictions fields.

Jennie Mayer, MS, QMHP, LPC-MH, LAC, NCC

Ms. Mayer attended undergraduate and graduate school at South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development.  Ms. Mayer is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health, Licensed Addiction Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has over 10 years of experience in the Mental Health and Addictions fields.

Alexandria Theel, MSW, LCSW, QMHP, ACT

Ms. Theel attended undergraduate school at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She attended graduate school at Columbia University in New York, New York. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Psychology. She received a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Ms. Theel is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Addiction Counselor Trainee, and a Qualified Mental Health Professional. She has over 3 years of experience in the Mental Health and Addictions fields.

Amy Rodman

Ms. Rodman is the Billing and Office Manager. She attended the Meyer Vocational College, Sioux Falls, SD. She received certification in Medical Coding – Medical Insurance Billing. Ms. Rodman has 20 years of experience in the Financial Management field.

Kennedy Bartels

Ms. Bartels is the Social Media Manager. She attends the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in Tampa, Florida as a Business Marketing Major. Ms. Bartels has 5 years of experience in Social Media Management and 10 years of experience in Office Assistance at Bartels Counseling Services, Inc.
